Nurse Nancy landed in LA with her 2 young children in 2005.  After completing her Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing at Purdue University in 1988, Nancy became a charge nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital on a cardiovascular/thoracic step down unit and in 1994, became a supervisor of a home care agency in Lincoln Park for 6 years. In 2006, she started working at Pacific Heart Institute and has been supervising Nuclear Stress Tests, explaining test results, and helping physicians and patients with urgent calls.  In addition to spending time with her teenagers, Nancy loves to cook, hike, walk on the beach, and is currently writing “The Nurse Nancy Show”.
