Dr. Michael Broukhim is a consultative and interventional cardiologist treating patients in Los Angeles, California, and the surrounding communities. His goal as a practitioner is to ensure that each of his patients receives the highest quality of medical care. He holds certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. Dr. Broukhim is also board-certified in echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac CT. Dr. Broukhim is an active member of professional organizations including the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology.
For his undergraduate degree, Dr. Broukhim attended the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating cum laude. He pursued his medical degree at the Boston University School of Medicine, followed by a residency program in Internal Medicine at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Broukhim continued his medical education at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. Here, he completed fellowship programs in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.
Patients visiting Dr. Broukhim can receive a full range of cardiology services. He provides cardiovascular screening visits, interventional cardiology consultations, nuclear and treadmill stress tests, echocardiography, carotid ultrasounds, lower extremity ultrasounds, and comprehensive laboratory evaluations. He is on the medical staff at Providence Saint John’s Health Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He sees patients at our Santa Monica and Beverly Hills locations.
In his free time Dr. Broukhim enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling, playing billiards, and swimming.
